Dollmakers, ETC

This is the website dedicated to our Dollmaking Group which meets at Calico, Etc. Fabric Shop, Cheshire, CT.   So the dollmaking world and others can see what we do.  

At our Last meeting we said Goodbye to Pamela Hastings, a long time member of our little group.

Marjorie says "Judy Garland is about 26" tall. She wears a copy of the costume that she wore in Meet Me In St. Louis. Her face is from a photo which I transferred to fabric. Here dress was copied from a record album cover. I love making dolls and dressing dolls. I am drawn more to glamorous clothes and realistic dolls. I really enjoy making and selling the mini-portrait cloth dolls because I love little things."

year after she got all her shots.

Denise is very artistic, she drives 2 hours to visit  and this is good because she adds a lot to the group.
